This role shapes and executes our pharmacy operational excellence agenda across the Clinical Strategy and Operations area, translating strategic priorities into scalable workflows and cross-functional programs. You will report to the SVP, Pharmacy and work remotely in the United States, with potential hybrid elements in the Dallas metro area as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations, strategy, or program leadership.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from opportunity to launch.
• Experience translating regulatory and contractual needs into executable requirements.
• Experience with strategic planning, roadmapping, and business analysis.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive insights and governance materials.
• Experience managing budgets and capacity models for transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the pharmacy operations strategy and execution model.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy to adoption.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to align priorities and execution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational quality across programs.
• Develop scalable playbooks, standards, and controls for PBM operations.
• Report on governance and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change-management needs.
• Shape end-to-end member and provider experiences with improvements.
• Support budget, business case development, and value realization.
• Ensure alignment with affordability and provider outcomes.
