Oscar Health, Inc. seeks a Director of Pharmacy Operations Strategy & Integration to shape and execute an operating-model excellence agenda across Pharmacy, Clinical, Product, Engineering, and more. You will translate priorities into measurable programs and scalable workflows that improve affordability, outcomes, and member experience.

The role reports to the SVP, Pharmacy, works remotely in the US with potential future hybrid elements, and offers strong bonus and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

10+ years in healthcare or payer operations leadership.
7+ years in Managed Care, PBM, pharmacy operations, or related areas.
5+ years leading large cross-functional strategy or transformation initiatives.
Experience translating regulatory and contractual needs into actionable plans.
MBA/MPH or related master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Set the pharmacy operational excellence strategy, operating rhythm, and execution model.
Lead high-priority transformation initiatives from strategy through adoption.
Serve as a primary operational partner across internal and external teams.
Stay aware of regulatory requirements and communicate needs clearly.
Shape end-to-end member and provider experiences with scalable improvements.
Lead governance and executive reporting for pharmacy initiatives.
