Oscar Health in New York, NY seeks a Director to shape and execute the pharmacy operational excellence agenda, aligning priorities across Pharmacy, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, and PBM partners.

The role reports to the SVP, Pharmacy and blends strategy with hands-on program leadership to improve affordability, outcomes, and the member experience. Hybrid work with three in-office days per week.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of healthcare operations or strategy leadership.
• 7+ years in Managed Care, PBM, pharmacy operations, or related healthcare payer experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale cross-functional strategy, transformation, or implementation initiatives.
• 5+ years partnering with cross-functional teams to set priorities, requirements, and deliver outcomes.
• MBA/MPH preferred; regulatory/compliance experience with healthcare payer ecosystems.

Aufgaben

• Set the pharmacy operational excellence strategy, operating rhythm, and execution model.
• Lead high-priority transformation initiatives from strategy through adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain awareness of PBM and regulatory requirements and translate into actionable plans.
• Shape end-to-end pharmacy experiences across journeys and vendors.
• Govern and report on initiatives to senior leadership with data-driven insights.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change-management needs.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and scalable PBM operating models.
