This role reports to the SVP, Pharmacy and leads initiatives with PBM and vendor partners to deliver measurable impact. This remote role is open to candidates in Dallas, TX, with potential hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations, strategy, or leadership roles.
• 7+ years in managed care, PBM, or pharmacy operations.
• 5+ years leading large cross-functional initiatives from strategy to launch.
• Experience translating regulatory and contractual needs into executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Set the pharmacy operational excellence strategy and execution model.
• Lead transformation initiatives from strategy through adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and vendor integration requirements are met.
• Develop scalable PBM operating playbooks and best practices.
