Job summary
Oscar Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Operations Strategy & Integration to shape and execute our pharmacy operational excellence agenda. You will serve as a connective leader across Pharmacy, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, and PBM/vendor partners to deliver measurable impact.
The role reports to the SVP, Pharmacy and is remote with potential hybrid options in the future. Base pay ranges from $162,453.60 to $213,220.35 per year, with benefits, equity, unlimited vacation,
Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare, operations, or strategy leadership.
- 7+ years in managed care, PBM, pharmacy ops or payer experience.
- 5+ years leading large cross-functional transformation from strategy to adoption.
- MBA/ MPH or related master's preferred.
- Experience with PBM implementation and formulary operations.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute the pharmacy ops excellence strategy and operating model.
- Lead high-priority transformation initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Partner with internal and external teams to align priorities and delivery.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and vendor interoperability.
- Develop scalable playbooks and governance for PBM operating model.
- Provide executive reporting on initiatives and outcomes.
