Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is seeking a Director, Pharmacy Operations Strategy & Integration to lead the shaping and execution of our pharmacy operational excellence agenda.

You will align cross-functional teams across Pharmacy, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, and vendor partners to deliver affordable, high-quality outcomes for members and providers, while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, business operations, strategy and operations, product operations, or program leadership.
• 7+ years of Managed Care, PBM, pharmacy operations, clinical operations, or related healthcare payer experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional strategy, operational transformation, or implementation initiatives from opportunity definition through launch and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set the pharmacy operational excellence strategy, operating rhythm, and execution model.
• Lead high-priority pharmacy operational transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Serve as a primary operational partner across internal and external teams to translate needs into priorities and outcomes.
• Stay aware of PBM, pharmacy benefit, managed care, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Maintain understanding of the pharmacy and healthcare ecosystem including payer economics and formulary operations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to manage implementation plans and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align decision rights and delivery plans for high-priority initiatives.
• Shape end-to-end member and provider experience by identifying friction points and scalable improvements.
• Lead governance and executive reporting for pharmacy initiatives with data insights.
• Identify and manage risks and change-management needs.
• Build repeatable operating playbooks and best practices for a scalable PBM model.
• Use independent judgment to resolve complex problems and design end-to-end solutions.
• Support capacity planning, budget management, and value realization measurement.
• Ensure workflows meet regulatory, compliance, quality requirements.
