Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Operations Strategy & Integration to shape and drive the enterprise pharmacy operating model. You will partner across Pharmacy, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, and vendor teams to translate priorities into measurable outcomes and scalable workflows.

The role reports to the SVP, Pharmacy, and is fully remote with potential hub-related hybrid options. The position offers equity grants, unlimited vacation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare, operations, or strategy leadership with cross-functional scope.
• Experience shaping pharmacy operations strategies and program roadmaps.
• Familiarity with PBM, formulary operations, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven ability to translate priorities into executable cross-functional plans.

Responsibilities

• Set the pharmacy ops strategy, rhythm, and execution model aligned to enterprise goals.
• Lead high-impact transformation initiatives from strategy to adoption.
• Partner with internal and vendor teams to define priorities and outcomes.
• Interpret regulatory and contractual needs into actionable requirements.
• Understand payer economics, formulary operations, and prior authorization workflows.
• Manage implementation plans, governance, and executive reporting.
• Build scalable playbooks, controls, and best practices for a PBM model.
• Diagnose friction points and design end-to-end process improvements.
• Oversee capacity planning, budgets, and business-case realization.
