Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events LLC is seeking a Director for Pharma Meetings, Account and Operations to lead NA Pharmaceutical Meetings & Events operations, drive client partnerships, and shape scalable processes in a virtual, high-regulation environment.

The role requires strong leadership of teams, deep Life Sciences domain knowledge, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution to deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Leading teams with clarity, accountability, and a coaching mindset in a deadline-driven environment
• Building trusted client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
• Driving operational excellence, improving end-to-end logistics processes, and creating scalable ways of working
• Using financial, service, and performance data to spot opportunities, manage risk, and improve program results
• Working in the Life Sciences space, including supporting compliance-focused programs, regulated processes, and Pharma account needs
