Job summary

Drug Hunter is seeking a Director of Global Events to lead the execution of its global event program across in-person, digital, and sponsored experiences. The role reports to the Head of Scientific Growth and partners with Sales, Science, and Marketing to deliver high-quality attendee experiences.

The position manages hosted events, conferences, sponsorships, and digital series, with ~30% travel domestically and internationally, and requires 10+ years in event management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in event management, field marketing, experiential marketing, or related function.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex in-person and digital event programs.
• Strong organization, project management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Drug Hunter-hosted events including symposia, mixers, and dinners.
• Coordinate attendance at 40+ scientific conferences annually with registrations and internal coordination.
• Oversee logistics for the digital Flash Talk series and ensure platform readiness.
