BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E), headquartered in Chicago, seeks a Director to lead Pharma Meetings, Account and Operations for North America. You will guide account strategy, improve processes, engage stakeholders, and drive measurable business results in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in pharmaceutical meetings & events, strong leadership, and proficiency with meetings tech like Cvent. This is a remote role with EST business hours and annual travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in pharmaceutical meetings & events.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide account strategy and NA pharmaceutical Meetings & Events operations.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements and scalable workflows.
• Monitor performance data to optimize outcomes and risk management.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
