Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Director-level professional to drive value realization on high-value rebate contracts across Commercial, Health Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid segments. You will be the point person for ensuring discounts are realized, reconciled, and reported, while resolving disputes with manufacturers.

The role requires 8+ years in managed care, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead negotiations with PBM partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in managed care or payor environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with large claims and rebate data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead value realization for branded pharmaceutical rebate agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape negotiation strategies.
• Maintain primary relationships with manufacturers and industry partners.
• Coordinate with finance, clinical, operations, and client teams.
• Develop executive-level presentations on value performance and disputes.
• Ensure integrity of rebate contracting outcomes from execution to realization.
