Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Director of Business Development to turn corporate strategy for Infusion Systems and IV Solutions into a prioritized growth pipeline. You will lead licensing, co‑development, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions by coordinating marketing, R&D, regulatory, and legal teams, ensuring value realization and disciplined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of experience in medical devices, operations, strategy, or business development, including at least five years leading licensing, strategic partnership, or M&A activities.
• Demonstrated success leading complex licensing, partnership, or M&A transactions from sourcing through close and implementation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including valuation, scenario analysis, business-case development, and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Translate IS/IVS strategies into a prioritized inorganic-growth pipeline with licensing, co-development, partnerships, and M&A targets.
• Lead opportunities through five-stage ITP BD process: Category/Strategic Assessment, Target Evaluation, Due Diligence, Negotiation, and Implementation.
