Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of experience in medical devices, operations, strategy, or business development, including at least five years leading licensing, strategic partnership, or M&A activities.

Aufgaben

• Translate IS and IVS strategies into a prioritized inorganic-growth pipeline with licensing, co-development, partnership, and M&A targets.
• Lead opportunities through five-stage ITP BD process: Assessment, Evaluation, Due Diligence, Negotiation, Implementation.
• Build and defend business cases with revenue, margin, cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROIC analyses.
• Lead cross-functional diligence and surface risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Prepare stage-gate materials for Investment Committee and senior executives.
• Own external partner engagement from NDA through definitive agreement, including term sheets.
• Ensure diligence findings flow into implementation and post-transaction learning.
