Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy and/or healthcare consulting.
• 4+ years of experience with project management and presenting to C-suite executives.
• 2+ years building and leading strategy teams with AI; coach managers and senior consultants.
• 2+ years of business development selling in payer and life sciences markets (≥$1M annual).

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity, multi-workstream payer engagements and set direction for deliverables.
• Build consensus with senior client stakeholders and manage project teams.
• Serve as subject matter expert in health plan operations, enterprise strategy, and AI enablement.
• Drive end-to-end business development and lead proposals for new/expanded work.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to practice development.
