Job summary

The role emphasizes business transformation and stakeholder management over development work, with remote flexibility nationwide and in-office requirements in the Minneapolis or DC area up to four days per week per project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare payer operations and/or technology experience in at least one payer domain.
• 5+ years of external client-facing consulting experience.
• 5+ years leading at least two consulting engagements or workstreams.
• 3+ years creating process flow diagrams.
• 3+ years of experience in PowerPoint and/or Visio.
• 2+ years working with at least one core administration system (e.g., Facets, QNXT, HealthRules Payer or Tapestry).
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects, programs, and workstreams related to payer systems and applications.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans and partners with technology teams.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements and objectives are met.
• Advise clients on operational, process, and technology decisions that drive outcomes.
