Job summary

Recordati Rare Diseases North America is seeking a Director of Patient Solutions to lead patient services across various disease areas. You will oversee program design and ensure compliance while managing an internal team of Case Managers and Education Managers.

The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS or higher and have significant experience in patient services and Rare Diseases. This is a remote position with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the industry and a comprehensive understanding of patient services.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Rare Diseases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees design and implementation of access & reimbursement services.
• Leads development of Patient Services strategic planning and annual budgeting.
• Acts as the patient CRM database business owner.

Skills

Comprehensive understanding of the reimbursement process

Proficient in analytics and reporting

Strong critical thinking skills

Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency

Education

BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred

8-10 years industry experience

5+ years with internal Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Patient Services Hub program management
