Job summary

Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD) seeks a Mid‑Senior RDAM in the US to drive promotional relationships with healthcare providers focused on Cold Agglutinin Disease.

You will own and deploy sales strategies, build strategic territory plans, and work to grow sales volume for rare disease products in a compliant manner. The RDAM reports to the Regional Business Director, Hematology, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support patient access, market growth, and adherence to FDA and OIG

Qualifications

• Experience in rare diseases or hematology sales is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and staff.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of CAD and Recordati products and market trends.
• Build and execute territory plans to meet revenue targets.
• Achieve or exceed sales performance objectives.
• Manage resources to support sales and marketing activities.
• Represent Recordati Rare Diseases at industry events with integrity.
