Recordati Rare Diseases North America is seeking an experienced Rare Disease Account Manager to lead promotional relationships with healthcare providers. You will deploy sales strategies for CAD products and drive revenue growth while adhering to compliance standards.

The role requires deep disease-state knowledge, strong account management, and cross-functional collaboration across the US market. Frequent travel and field-based work are expected with a focus on patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; scientific degree or coursework a plus.
• 5–9 years of proven sales success within Rare Diseases, Hematology and/or biotechnology.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of CAD and RRD products.
• Develop territory strategies and plans to build awareness and identify patients.
• Achieve or exceed sales performance targets.
• Prioritize time and resources to ensure visibility with providers.
• Manage budget to support sales activity.
