Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Director of Partner Operations to lead the operational engine for our global partner ecosystem. This remote role requires collaboration with Sales Ops, RevOps, Alliances, Product, Finance and Marketing to ensure scalable infrastructure and clear performance metrics.

You will own partner programs, enablement workflows, and cross-functional leadership to drive GTM alignment with technology and cloud partners. Remote to Pacific/Mountain time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales/Channel/Partner Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, GSIs, ISVs, MSPs).
• Experience with partner programs and enablement frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage Sales/Partner systems and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner operations strategy aligned to growth goals.
• Design scalable partner processes across resellers, referrals, GSIs, SIs, MSPs, ISVs and cloud marketplaces.
• Build dashboards and reporting for partner performance, pipeline, influence.
