Job summary

Solera Senior Living is seeking a Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation to design and scale enterprise people programs and lead strategic transformation efforts. This remote role travels up to 25% and collaborates with leaders across communities and corporate functions to improve retention, competency, and change readiness.

The position requires a builder mindset, strong project management, data fluency, and experience with frontline, hourly, and multi-site workforces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Organizational Development, HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development (OD), HR transformation, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling enterprise people programs, not just advising on them.
• Strong project management skills; comfortable running multiple workstreams with competing timelines.
• Comfort with data and analytics: you can build a model, read an analysis, and present findings to senior leaders.
• Experience leading change with frontline, hourly, and multi-site workforces.
• Senior living, healthcare, or multi-site operations experience preferred but not required.
• External-facing experience a plus: government, workforce development, higher education, or policy environments.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to communities, partner schools, and state and industry meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise people programs from design to delivery across communities and corporate functions.
• Manage onboarding standards for consistency across all sites.
• Drive learning agenda and compliance training in partnership with Clinical and Operations leadership.
• Lead change management for enterprise-wide initiatives including AI-driven workflows.
• Partner with AI readiness teams to prepare people for change and workforce impact.
• Build talent pipelines with schools and workforce programs across states.
• Lead 2–3 strategic projects at a time with 90-day to multi-year horizons.
