Novartis seeks a Director of Oncology Priority Accounts to lead major accounts and improve market access. You will craft and execute strategic plans, engage senior executives, and coordinate across headquarters and regional teams to drive results.

The role is field-based with remote work, requiring significant travel (60–80%). A strong background in pharma or biotech and proven leadership are essential to succeed in this high-visibility position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare with large, geographically dispersed teams.
• 2+ years leading complex cross-functional projects and translation of strategy to execution.
• Must reside within territory with up to 100 miles commuting distance and travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs from departments to C-suite and articulate business insights to drive outcomes.
• Craft strategic approaches aligning with Novartis goals and nurture key customer relationships.
• Lead strategy and execution around launches, coordinating HQ, account, and regional teams.
• Establish interactions with account executives at C-suite/D-suite levels and coordinate with stakeholders to remove obstacles.
