Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director, Global Commercial Strategy – Oncology to set the long-term vision for Pfizer’s Oncology portfolio and guide commercial decisions across early- and late-stage assets. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and BD to drive asset plans and governance endorsements.

The role requires a self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with deep oncology market insight and experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience required; master's with 7+ years; PhD with 5+ years.
• Experience in commercial development, marketing, new product launch or strategy in pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology companies.
• Experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Commercial organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial / strategic assessments and drive planning for asset / technology platform business cases.
• Provide commercial input to development strategies and asset plans.
• Drive pipeline asset and disease area strategies, and asset investment decisions.
• Create portfolio decision tools and governance endorsements across the portfolio.
• Interface with Global Marketing, R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Business Development and partners.
