Syneos Health, Inc. in the United States seeks a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Oncology) to lead scientific strategy for oncology clinical trials in RWLP.

The role focuses on expert epidemiology leadership, study design oversight, and collaboration with RWLP management, business development, and operations to advance global opportunities. You will develop and oversee study protocols, statistical plans, and reporting, while staying current with guidelines and real-world evidence trends.

Qualifications

• SME in Oncology Clinical Trials.
• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health; Doctorate preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of study designs and guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and other functions.
• Lead development and delivery of project proposals and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality.
• Develop protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports; support publications.
