Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Director of Wholesale Sales to lead and grow our wholesale channel across domestic and international accounts. You will design and execute a strategic plan to expand existing retailers, secure new partners, and drive revenue.

You will manage a small sales team, collaborate with product development, travel for trade shows, and report KPIs to the executive team. This is a remote-US role with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Six+ years of toy/consumer products sales experience.
• Experience growing and executing growth strategies with measurable goals.
• Experience internationally or via international distribution is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Expand core business lines and support new product launches.
• Lead and develop a 6–8 person internal sales team; oversee trade show ops and national/key accounts.
• Build inside sales strategy with outreach programs and staff training.
• Manage independent sales representative teams.
• Grow domestic customer base with specialty, national, mid-tier retailers, catalogs, and buying groups.
• Oversee 10–15 national/inter national trade shows annually.
• Gather feedback from wholesale customers via retailer boards meetings.
• Collaborate with product development on new lines and concepts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
