Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of User Experience to lead the UX vision for a security operations product, shaping end-to-end experiences across complex workflows. This role partners with product management and cross-functional teams to influence strategy while mentoring a high-performing design organization.

Your leadership will define interaction models, ensure consistency and usability at scale, and drive agentic automation-aware design across an enterprise platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Design or UX with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading UX for complex B2B or SaaS platforms.
• Strong background in UX architecture and interaction models.
• Understanding of agentic automation's impact on design.
• Preferred experience in cybersecurity or similar technical products.
• Familiarity with security workflows like alert triage and incident response.
• Experience with enterprise design systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the end-to-end user experience for the security operations platform.
• Establish a cohesive interaction model focused on agentic actions.
• Own the long-term UX vision and align it with product management.
• Lead system-level design thinking for innovative interaction models.
