SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a Director of User Experience for the Purple Autonomous SOC platform.

You will define and scale the user experience, blending strategic design leadership, UX architecture, and hands-on design excellence to make complex, data-rich security products feel coherent and trustworthy for security teams. You will lead a high-performing design organization, align with product management and executive leadership, and advocate for design at the leadership level while shaping

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design or UX, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience defining or evolving enterprise design systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of agentic automation and its impact on design models.
• Experience designing cybersecurity, observability, DevOps, or similarly complex technical products.
• Proven leadership of UX for complex B2B or SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the UX for the Purple Autonomous SOC platform.
• Shape long-term UX vision while influencing high-impact product initiatives.
• Lead a design organization, mentoring senior managers and principal designers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Threat Research, and Executives to guide strategy.
• Advocate for design at leadership levels and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
