Job summary

Lancope is seeking a talented UX Architect to shape the future design of our network security monitoring products. You will design an organization structure for our products to present information clearly, in the right place, at the right time for the right user.

Lead IA/UX design efforts across cross-functional teams, develop wireframes and flows, and ensure usability and alignment with business goals in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years IA/UX experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating IA/UX design.
• Experience creating site maps, annotated wireframes, user flows and business requirements.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, OmniGraffle and Axure; experience with InVision.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Collaboration with product management, UX research, visual design and UI development.

Responsibilities

• Define information architecture principles and guidelines for web apps.
• Develop site maps, interaction diagrams, process flows and wireframes.
• Collaborate with product, research, design and engineering teams.
• Ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Participate in usability testing and design reviews.
• Establish and evolve design standards with the UX team.
