Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Services Technology Risk to strengthen technology and operational risk management across a broad services environment. The role focuses on building standardized frameworks, improving visibility into material risks, and embedding strong risk practices into day-to-day operations.

This remote position partners with senior leadership to modernize risk identification and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technology risk management.
• Background in operational risk, information security risk, and technology audit.
• Proven ability to lead and mature risk management practices in complex environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex risks to diverse audiences.
• Experience with automation and AI in risk management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications preferred.

• Lead the identification and assessment of technology and operational risks.
• Establish standardized risk management practices across the services organization.
• Modernize risk identification through automation and analytics.
• Maintain a consolidated view of material risks across products and platforms.
