Ladders is seeking a Director of Product to lead strategy and lifecycle execution for risk adjustment solutions in healthcare, including AI-enabled automation to improve operational efficiency. This remote role reports to leadership and partners with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes across customers and markets.

You will shape the roadmap, manage a dispersed team, and ensure performance aligns with business goals and market needs, while delivering customer value and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 4+ years in a product leadership role.
• 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Experience with risk adjustment products and strategies.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 5 or more direct reports.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.

• Oversee full product lifecycle management, including end-of-life processes.
• Lead product strategy and continuous refinement of the risk adjustment roadmap.
• Ensure product performance meets expectations and aligns with market needs.
