GiveDirectly is seeking a senior Talent Management leader to build the function from the ground up, shaping performance, onboarding, and leadership development across a mission-driven, globally distributed team. You’ll own the design of compensation linkages, workforce planning, and employee listening, partnering with Heads of People and Finance to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent management, performance, or organizational design roles.
• Experience designing a performance system and linking ratings to pay.
• Experience coordinating across multiple currencies and labor markets.
• Hands-on builder of talent programs and systems in startup/scale-up environments.
• Strong systems thinking and change management skills.
• Experience with onboarding, manager development, and employee engagement.

Responsabilités

• Build and own the talent management function and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead performance system redesign and align with pay, calibration, and rewards.
• Develop onboarding, manager development, and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with Head of People, Finance, and leaders to connect talent to workforce planning and compensation.
