Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a high-performing recruiting team in a fully remote role supporting national expansion. You will oversee full-cycle recruitment, build an internship program for 30+ interns, and partner with executive leadership to drive data-driven TA strategies.

Qualifications

• Evidence of success in full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
• Experience creating internship and early-career programs.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI dashboards and scorecards.
• Experience in high-growth, client-focused environments (legal/services preferred).
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three recruiters and a recruitment coordinator with clear performance expectations.
• Manage a personal portfolio of full-cycle recruitment searches, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Design and oversee a comprehensive internship program supporting 30+ interns.
• Partner with executive leadership and Director of People Operations to shape talent strategies.
• Establish recruiting metrics, dashboards, time-to-fill benchmarks, and scorecards.
• Build strategic relationships with professional associations and industry partners; travel ~20%.
