You will partner with executives, investment bankers, and legal advisors to evaluate acquisition opportunities, perform due diligence, and drive post‑merger integration. Strong financial modeling, communication, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field with at least seven years in strategy-related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in acquisition evaluations, financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration.
• Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to leverage generative AI and productivity tools to improve research and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate development and acquisition strategy activities, including market analyses and financial modeling.
• Develop executive briefings and decision packs for the Board and leadership.
• Oversee integration planning and program management across functional teams.
• Coordinate due diligence and post-close integration efforts.
• Support enterprise strategy development and long-range planning.
