Job summary
Claritas Rx is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead Solution Engineering and Customer Support Operations within our Customer Engineering organization. You will own the technical engagement with customers from pre-sales through go-live and beyond, shaping scalable solutions on the Ascend platform while ensuring high-quality support.
You will build and lead a blended team of onshore FTEs and offshore contractors, manage capacity and budgets, and partner with Product, Sales, and Platform
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software or data engineering
- 5+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience leading both customer-facing technical teams and technical support/production ops
Responsibilities
- Lead solution engineering, data engineering, and support engineers across onshore and offshore teams
- Own pre-sales tech engagement, discovery, design, and RFP responses
- Oversee post-go-live support, KTLO, and optimization for Ascend customers
- Define SLAs, processes, and ticketing workflows; drive metrics and improvements
- Partner with Product, Implementations, Sales, and Platform Engineering on data pipelines and integrations
