Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Software Development to guide the software team through modernization and delivery of high-quality applications. You will lead managers, align with Product Owners, and drive agile practices to enhance customer experience and on-time, on-budget outcomes.
You’ll stay current with AI and new tech, establish KPIs, and report progress to diverse stakeholders while shaping the development strategy.
Qualifications
- Ten-plus years of IT management with software development leadership.
- Experience with modern tech stacks and agile delivery.
- Cloud-first development and microservice strategies.
- AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and accuracy.
- Hands-on with .NET, SQL, Angular, Oracle, React.
- Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps and agile methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development and modernize legacy apps.
- Provide leadership and direction for the dev team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and enterprise leaders.
- Deliver high quality code and KPI reporting.
- Mentor managers and build a strong development organization.
- Stay current with AI and software development trends.
- Communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
