Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Director, Software Development to lead our software teams and drive modernization efforts. You will provide strategic direction, empower managers, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality software that supports our internal and external customers.
You will partner with Product Owners and Agile Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure to align technology with business goals, while mentoring leaders and advancing AI-enabled
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of IT Management with software development leadership.
- Experience with modern technologies, architectures, and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development teams and modernize legacy applications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile Delivery leaders.
- Develop KPIs and reporting for performance.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop managers responsible for software development.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Stay current with AI technologies to guide strategy.
- Foster relationships with application owners to meet needs.
- Drive compliance and organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement development strategy.
