Job summary

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Director of Programmatic to own strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You will provide hands-on leadership, optimize campaigns across major DSPs, and manage high‑level client relationships with confidence.

In this role, you will guide cross‑functional collaboration, mentor analysts, and ensure best‑in‑class measurement and optimization while staying ahead of industry trends and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on programmatic media or performance marketing experience, ideally in an agency.
• Strong experience with major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP).

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic strategy, execution, and optimization across a portfolio of medium to large client accounts.
• Hands-on management of campaigns in The Trade Desk for 6-8 clients; grow to lead a team.
• Own client-facing communication, provide strategic recommendations and testing roadmaps.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams to align efforts with business goals.
• Ensure brand safety, viewability, and ad verification across channels.
