Job summary

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Director of Programmatic to own strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You will lead advanced programmatic initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure best-in-class execution with a hands-on focus on your campaigns across the major DSPs.

You will cultivate client relationships, drive optimization, and mentor analysts while collaborating with analytics and creative teams to align programmatic efforts with client goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable programmatic strategies.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of programmatic metrics, optimization, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic strategy, execution, and optimization across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Directly manage campaigns in The Trade Desk for a portfolio of 6-8 clients and build a team over time.
• Own client-facing communication with strategic recommendations and performance storytelling.
• Translate growth objectives into programmatic strategies across DSPs (TTD, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo, StackAdapt, etc.).
• Drive bidding, audience segmentation, measurement frameworks, and budget allocation.
