Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing implementation plans, operational processes, or large-scale organizational initiatives.
• Experience translating strategic recommendations into operational workflows and sustainable business processes.
• Strong project management, organizational and execution skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of enterprise clinical performance initiatives.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, milestones, governance structures, and accountability plans.
• Ensure initiatives integrate into business processes and workflows.
