The role requires robust PM discipline, 8+ years in leadership, 5+ in healthcare, and a proven ability to translate strategy into delivery plans. Indiana resideence or commutability is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational, technical and leadership experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare environment/managed care.
• Experience in planning, execution, change management, partner agreement and risk mitigation practices.
• Financial and budget awareness and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop executive dashboards demonstrating progress and success of projects.
• Strong relationship building and expertise in influencing areas without direct authority.
• Must reside in Indiana or be commutable to the Indianapolis office periodically as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead LTSS program delivery and governance, aligning with organizational strategy.
• Translate strategic goals into roadmaps, milestones and delivery plans.
• Monitor program health: scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, benefits realization.
• Establish PM standards, tools, templates, reporting practices and project charters.
• Review plans for risks, resource constraints, scope issues, and decision needs.
• Manage portfolio prioritization, escalation, and change control with stakeholders.
• Communicate status and decisions to executives and partners; prepare presentations.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and process improvements.
