Job summary

24 Seven Talent is assisting a beauty consumer products company in finding a Director of PMO. This role leads project management across product development, packaging, regulatory, operations, commercialization, and marketing, building scalable processes and a single source of truth for programs.

You will own master critical paths, manage a direct report, partner with senior leadership, and drive launch readiness with AI-enabled planning tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project or program management, product development operations, or related field.
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer products strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Proven success building PMO processes, systems, or infrastructure from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle across formulation, packaging, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercialization.
• PMP or comparable certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the master critical path for active product development initiatives and launches.
• Translate milestones into integrated, actionable project plans for cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain launch calendars, timelines, and portfolio reporting.
• Establish standardized PMO processes, templates, and governance across teams.
• Lead regular critical-path reviews to surface risks and drive decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation plans; escalate timeline risks as needed.
• Own intake, artwork-change governance, and launch-readiness workflows.
• Develop dashboards that provide leadership with portfolio health insights.
