Job summary

Providence is calling for a Director Patient Access - Remote. This role leads the centralized initiative to standardize front-end revenue cycle workflows and analytics for Providence's professional markets across the footprint.

You will liaise between local ministries/clinics and Revenue Cycle Business Services, producing educational collateral, setting performance thresholds, and driving improvements in patient access processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or relevant area of expertise or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 or more years and progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, and/or administrative services.
• 8 years of Leadership/supervisory responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating organizational needs, designing process changes, and successfully implementing business improvements in areas under control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centralized initiative to create standard clinic/professional front-end revenue cycle workflows, education collateral, performance thresholds, and front-end revenue cycle analytics.
• Serve as a liaison between local ministries/clinics and the Professional Revenue Cycle.
• Drive process improvements and scalability across Providence's professional markets across the footprint.
