Job summary

Basilio Inc is building the leadership bench that runs the company day to day so the founders can move to the back seat and guide from there. This is a remote-first, outcome-owned Director of Operations role focused on delivering across all brands and campaigns.

You will own delivery, capacity, and the systems the company runs on, sitting in the Executive & Leadership team and being measured on outcomes rather than hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years in operations leadership.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• AI experience with prompting and model judgment required.
• Remote, data-driven environment with strong ownership culture.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality, throughput, and capacity across every team.
• Build and improve the systems that enable scale.
• Balance staffing and workload against demand.
• Set and hold operational standards and SLAs.
• Report on delivery health, utilization, and risk.
• Build and develop the leaders and teams under you.
• Report results and risk to ownership with no spin.
• Lead AI-augmented operations and model orchestration.
