Qualifications

• 7+ years in design or creative with team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or equivalent track record.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC, AI tools and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Set and hold the creative standard across brand, content, and ad output.
• Direct designers, editors, and copywriters to a premium result.
• Review work and push it from good to category-leading.
• Partner with strategy and clients on big creative bets.
• Keep brand assets organized and version-controlled.
• Apply feedback quickly without lowering the creative bar.
