Job summary

As a Managing Director, you run Basilio Inc day to day, sit inside the Executive & Leadership team, own results, and are measured on what you move, not hours logged. You will lead the director team and own key client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in agency, marketing, or operations leadership, including running a team of leaders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own company performance, P&L, and the plan that hits it.
• Set strategy and priorities across every division.
• Lead and develop the director team.
• Own the most important client and partner relationships.
• Build an organization that runs without the founders in the seat.
• Build and develop the leaders and teams under you.
• Set the standard and hold the whole function to it.
• Report results and risk to ownership with no spin.
