Job summary

Basilio Inc is a growth and marketing company that builds and runs brands across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and the open web. This is a remote-first, outcome-owned role for someone who wants to do the best work of their career on brands that are actually scaling.

As a Director, you own a division's output, team, and client results, sitting in the Client, Operations & Leadership team, measured on outcomes you move. You will lead AI-augmented, data-driven work across multiple service divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years with team and P&L or delivery leadership.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience leading division-level teams and revenue growth.
• Strong prompting and governance of AI-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service division across strategy, delivery, and team.
• Set the standard and the roadmap the division delivers against.
• Develop leads and specialists and hold the quality bar.
• Own the division's client results and growth.
• Keep communication, timelines, and documentation clean across teams.
• Spot risk early and act before it reaches the client.
• Improve the systems and standards the whole team runs on.
