Level is seeking an experienced educator and instructional designer to develop exceptional mathematics content. As a Senior Learning Designer, Math, you will craft pedagogy, practice exercises, and assessments that bring our virtual teacher to life.

You will combine classroom teaching expertise with learning science and digital instructional design to create scalable, high-quality learning experiences for K-12 students in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mathematics teaching or equivalent with real-world math experience.
• Proven ability to design lessons, sequences, and assessments for digital learning.
• Deep knowledge of how students learn math and common misconceptions.
• Strong written communication and ability to create clear content.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
