Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide strategic financial leadership. The role reports to the CFO and oversees budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis to guide executive decisions and long-term sustainability.

The position supports program growth, risk management, and data-informed strategy in a mission-driven nonprofit. Hybrid work schedule with potential travel within service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial leadership
• Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing finance/analytics teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with nonprofit financial management, grants, contracts, or reimbursement-based funding models
• Experience supporting program expansion and organizational growth
• Familiarity with data visualization, BI, or FP&A software

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Deliver timely financial reporting to executives and program leads
• Develop rolling forecasts and scenario analyses
• Provide decision support and KPI measurement for growth initiatives
• Collaborate with departments to ensure financial integrity and transparency
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Support compliance with funding requirements and reporting
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
