The California Apartment Association (CAA) seeks a Director of Forms and Compliance Products to manage its portfolio of rental forms and compliance resources. You will become the primary internal expert on product availability, relations, and lifecycle, working closely with Legal Affairs attorneys and the Member Services/Marketing teams.

This is a full-time, remote position requiring strong project management, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to learn a complex body of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, content management, or related fields.
• Ability to organize multi-contributor projects with deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration with attorneys and staff.
• Familiarity with rental-housing forms and compliance resources.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain knowledge of CAA’s forms and compliance resources and their interrelations.
• Be the internal resource for product availability and usage guidance.
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle of compliance products and update processes.
• Coordinate updates across website, forms platform, and distribution channels.
• Improve product-review processes and SOPs for recurring workflows.
