Job summary

California Apartment Association (CAA) seeks a results-oriented Marketing Director to develop and implement strategies that expand CAA membership and boost participation in programs and services. The role focuses on independent rental property owners across California, with emphasis on single-family homes and small multi-family properties.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in marketing, membership development, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute measurable marketing campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing, email marketing, search marketing, social media, audience segmentation and analytics.
• Strong writing and communications skills with ability to translate services into clear customer benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to substantially increase membership.
• Grow awareness and utilization of CAA programs and services.
