Job summary

The California Apartment Association (CAA) is seeking a Director of Forms and Compliance Products to oversee the rental forms and compliance resources. This role requires deep product knowledge, strong project management, and the ability to coordinate with Legal Affairs, Member Services, and Marketing to keep materials current.

As a fully remote position with preference for candidates in the Sacramento region, the Director will manage updates, organize content inventories, and ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, content management, database management, publishing, product administration.
• Ability to organize detail-intensive projects with multiple contributors and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attorneys and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to learn terminology of a substantial portfolio of rental-housing forms and compliance resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of CAA’s forms and compliance resources and how they relate to one another.
• Log and track update suggestions from Legal Affairs attorneys for annual review.
• Maintain an organized inventory of forms and compliance resources and manage lifecycle of products.
• Identify inconsistencies, outdated references, or broken links affecting products.
• Coordinate updates to be published across CAA’s website and platforms.
